Impatiently Patient a Poem

This morning while walking through piles and piles of snow, I felt a cold winter breeze rush against my cheeks.

Even though it were glimpses of the glowing morning Sun trying to find their way through the clouded sky,

I couldn't help but feel as if thousands of Sunsets were welcoming me with a Smile...

I couldn't do anything but merely look up and smile back...

I can't believe the time has come that  I will see your face...  You have touched me Without even touching me...

You have breathed New life into me, yet at the same time leaving me Breathless...

With the mere thought of you, I can almost taste the sweetness of your presence and it makes me weak in my knees.

I yearn to rest upon you all the secrets of my heart and I ache to learn yours.

And with this knowledge I want us to become a fragment of Life's heart...

Without warning, we let this love strike us like a raging Tsunami,

Now allowing it to direct our course like a gently moving river between the shore of our souls.

Together I want to laugh with all my laughter and weep with all of my tears.

Pondering on all the things I want to say, All the words my heart is longing to share,

Yet afraid of a Kiss that will weaken my Tongue and leave me Speechless...

As I had never known my love did not know its own depth,

Until I was presented with a Taste of this bittersweet Seperation...
